Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Clarity Finco. These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment in and participation in our financial education programs. By registering for our services, accessing our website, or engaging with our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- "Service" or "Services" refers to the financial education programs offered by Clarity Finco, including Money Awareness Foundations, Behavioral Finance Workshop, and Family Finance Planning.
- "Participant" or "You" refers to any individual who enrolls in or expresses interest in our programs.
- "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Clarity Finco, the provider of financial education services.
- "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with any enrollment forms and program-specific guidelines.
- "Website" refers to cllarityffincos.live and all associated pages.
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
2.1 Age Requirement: Our programs are designed for adults aged 18 years and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Enrollment Process: To participate in our programs, you must complete the enrollment process by providing accurate contact and payment information. Enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance.
2.3 Family Programs: For Family Finance Planning, enrollment may include multiple family members as specified in the program description. All participants must meet the age requirement.
2.4 Capacity to Contract: By enrolling, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are not prohibited from receiving our services under the laws of Malaysia.
3. Program Description and Delivery
3.1 Educational Nature: Our programs provide financial education through structured sessions, discussions, and self-directed reflection. We do not provide personalized financial planning, investment advice, or recommendations regarding specific financial products.
3.2 Program Schedule: Programs are delivered according to the schedule specified at enrollment. We reserve the right to modify session times with reasonable notice to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 Location: In-person sessions are held at our facility in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The specific address is provided upon enrollment confirmation.
3.4 Materials: Participants receive workbooks and educational materials as part of program enrollment. These materials are for personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
3.5 Program Changes: While we make every effort to deliver programs as described, we reserve the right to modify content, facilitators, or session formats if necessary to maintain quality or respond to participant needs.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Program Fees: Fees for each program are specified in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) at the time of enrollment. Fees include all sessions, materials, and resources described in the program overview.
4.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is required at enrollment to secure your place in the program. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified during enrollment.
4.3 Pricing Changes: Fees are subject to change without notice. However, changes will not affect programs for which you have already enrolled and paid.
4.4 Currency: All fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Participant Cancellation: If you cancel your enrollment more than 14 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a RM 200 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for refunds.
5.2 Program Cancellation by Clarity Finco: If we cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid or the option to transfer to a future session.
5.3 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
5.4 No Partial Refunds: Missing individual sessions does not entitle you to partial refunds. Program fees cover the complete curriculum regardless of attendance.
6. Participant Responsibilities
6.1 Attendance: Regular attendance is important for getting the most from our programs. While we understand that conflicts may arise, participants are expected to make reasonable efforts to attend all sessions.
6.2 Respectful Conduct: Participants must treat facilitators and other participants with respect. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
6.3 Confidentiality: Information shared by other participants during sessions should be treated with confidentiality and respect. Do not disclose personal information about other participants outside the program setting.
6.4 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate contact and enrollment information and to notify us promptly of any changes.
6.5 Materials Use: Educational materials are provided for personal learning purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without written permission from Clarity Finco.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership: All content, materials, curriculum, and intellectual property associated with our programs remain the exclusive property of Clarity Finco.
7.2 Limited License: Upon enrollment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for personal educational purposes only.
7.3 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our materials without express written permission.
7.4 Trademarks: "Clarity Finco" and associated logos are trademarks of our organization. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 Educational Purpose: Our programs provide general financial education and are not a substitute for professional financial planning, investment advice, or legal counsel. We do not provide personalized recommendations regarding specific financial products or investments.
8.2 No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes, financial improvements, or results from participating in our programs.
8.3 Service Provided "As Is": Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8.4 Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that financial decisions are your personal responsibility and that Clarity Finco is not liable for any financial outcomes resulting from choices you make.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Maximum Liability: Clarity Finco's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
9.2 Excluded Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clarity Finco, its facilitators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of our services.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

12. Termination
12.1 By Participant: You may withdraw from a program according to the refund and cancellation policy outlined in Section 5.
12.2 By Clarity Finco: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a program if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in disruptive behavior, or fail to meet payment obligations. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access program materials and attend sessions ceases. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
13.2 Informal Resolution: Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage participants to contact us directly to resolve disputes informally. Many concerns can be addressed through direct communication.
13.3 Dispute Notice: Any claim must be brought within one year after the cause of action arises. Claims brought after this period are barred.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clarity Finco regarding our services.
14.2 Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
14.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
14.5 Notices: Notices to Clarity Finco should be sent to [email protected]. We may provide notices to you via the email address provided at enrollment or through our website.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post the revised terms on our website.
If you have already enrolled in a program when changes are made, the terms in effect at the time of your enrollment will govern your participation in that specific program.
For future enrollments, the most current version of these Terms and Conditions will apply. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
